Now, I know Judy didn't mean to do it. But one Christmas, a lot of the gifts suddenly went missing. In Judy's eagerness to clean up the mess around the tree, she unknowingly threw out the gifts!
Well you know sadly, for years, people have been throwing away - often unknowingly - the greatest Christmas gift ever given. When, in the Bible's words, "God gave His one and only Son" (John 3:16) to give His life for our sin - so those who put their trust in Him could be forgiven. As the Bible says: "The gift of God is eternal life" (Romans 6:23).
Now how do you throw it away? Well, by just postponing Jesus...by depending on your religion instead of Jesus...by having Him in your head, but maybe not your heart. But He's coming to you this Christmas - again - so you can have at least this chance to make the gift He died for yours.
