It is so much more than a religious book. It’s the only book God ever wrote, and He wrote it for you. When you read His Word, you’re spending time with a person. Meet with Jesus through what He wrote to you.
When Jesus heard this, he told them, "Healthy people don't need a doctor - sick people do. I have come to call not those who think they are righteous, but those who know they are sinners."
Drink water from your own well. Share your love only with your wife. Let your wife be a fountain of blessing for you. Rejoice in the wife of your youth.
But remember the LORD your God, for it is he who gives you the ability to produce wealth, and so confirms his covenant, which he swore to your forefathers, as it is today.
You have heard me teach things that have been confirmed by many reliable witnesses. Now teach these truths to other trustworthy people who will be able to pass them on to others.
