Ron Hutchcraft Ministries - Financial Update

2009 is now history and a new year is beginning. When you look at the news however, we still hear how bleak the economy is. Unemployment is still hovering around 10%. The healthcare debate is still raging on with varying viewpoints on what we need. Nearly everywhere we look we see unfortunate news. We can choose to focus on the bad news around us, or, we can choose to focus on the good.

RHM is a ministry of sharing the good news of Jesus Christ with a lost world that is focused on all the uncertainty around us. Our world is one that places its trust in money, possessions, and other things that will not last. Our trust is in God. Psalm 118:8 says, "It is better to take refuge in the Lord than to trust in man."

As we enter this new year, RHM is also entering a quarter when finances typically are very slow to come in; yet, at the same time, we have to make decisions that will determine how much ministry we can accomplish for the entire year. It is a time when we need more financial help and prayers, and when we truly trust that God will provide for our ministry. If the funds are not available, we have to postpone ministry work - work that could determine whether someone hears the good news of Jesus or not.

Please pray and ask God whether He wants you to help us financially with our mission in 2010, especially in the first quarter. If you cannot financially help, please keep praying for us. Your prayers sustain us and give strength to the ministry. If you can give financially, please help with what you can.
