The Mission Field

Post-Christian Americans

The Baby-Boomers and Busters and the kids of today are the “new unbelievers.” They don’t go to Christian meetings, understand Christian words, or know the Christian Book, the Bible. They are ready for Jesus, but not reachable through conventional means.

Young People Around the World

The new worldwide youth culture is the largest unreached people group in the world—60% of the world is under 24! They listen to the same music, watch the same media, battle the same issues—and need the same Savior.

Native American Young People

The “most devastated adolescents in America” are surrounded by death, addictions, and spiritual darkness. For years, there has been little or no youth ministry to Native young people. They must have a chance to know about Jesus Christ, their only hope.

Restless Christians

Most Christians want to make a greater difference with the rest of their life than they have until now. That stirring in the souls of Christians for something bigger is often God’s call to join Him in His rescue mission for the spiritually dying people around them. He is summoning restless Christians to be rescuers, and we must motivate and equip them to answer His call.

The Methods of Rescue

Rescue Through Media (Internet, Radio, & Resources)

• Communicate clearly by Internet the message of hope in Jesus through ways such as online Gospel presentations, online follow-up presentations, a youth website, and podcasts
• Produce and distribute Gospel-driven radio programs called A Word With You and Call to Greatness, and utilize a radio website that enables radio stations to easily access Ron Hutchcraft’s radio programs
• Make resources available such as books, devotionals, videos, and audios to reach the lost and also to mobilize and equip rescuers to reach the lost in their world

Rescue Through Field Ministry

• Convene citywide training events called Community Mobilization events to motivate and equip everyday believers to share the Gospel
• Facilitate ministry events called Community Impact Weeks in the U.S. and Canada presented in non-religious language directly to those who need an introduction to Jesus Christ
• Equip Christian leaders to train others to be rescuers for Jesus Christ

Rescue Through Native Ministry

• Train and mentor Native Christian young people from the U.S. and Canada at an annual Native Discipleship Conference called Warrior Leadership Summit
• Train Native Christian young people to reach their own people for Christ on an On Eagles’ Wings team through outreaches called Seasons of Hope on reservations and reserves throughout the U.S. and Canada
• Lead a pioneering youth ministry called The Path on the Hopi Reservation in Northeast Arizona by conducting weekly discipleship and worship events, large quarterly outreach events, and regular small group meetings

The Foundation Principles

RHM communicates the truth of the Gospel in everyday language to those dying without Christ and also mobilizes others to join in rescuing the lost. While there are a handful of other ministries focused on reaching the lost with the Gospel of Christ, RHM is uniquely focused on equipping rescuers so they are motivated and able to reach the people in their world for Christ.

Financial Accountability

Ron Hutchcraft Ministries is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization and has been a member in good standing of the Evangelical Council for Financial Accountability (ECFA) since 1994. The two ECFA audits of RHM met and exceeded their standards.

Track Record

Consistent with the RHM Vision, the Gospel is presented personally, on the radio, and through the Internet in a way that helps lost people connect the need they have with the relationship they are missing—Jesus. Forty-five thousand people responded to the Gospel message of Jesus Christ as a direct result of Ron Hutchcraft Ministries during the past five years.
