I’ve been looking at those marks on our table for so long, I just about forgot they were there. See, our grandchildren had gotten to it and they left their artwork there with markers, and pens, and crayons. Well, not long ago, a friend was helping us with some work at the house, and she decided to use this special sponge on those marks. I think it’s called Miracle Erase. Well, we were stunned at the result! It was like we got a new table. My wife said, “I never thought I’d get rid of those.”

I’m Ron Hutchcraft, and you know, that’s how a lot of people felt about the baggage of their life; the guilt and the shame over the mistakes, the sins of a lifetime, the wounds we’ve inflicted, the people we’ve hurt, the junk we’ve done that continues to haunt us. But millions of people found a cleanser that got rid of all of it.

Here’s how that cleansing miracle is described in Bible: “The blood of Jesus, God’s Son, purifies us from all sin” (1 John 1:7 ). The cleansing agent for the human soul is the blood that Jesus shed on the cross to pay for every wrong thing we’ve ever done. It was an unspeakable sacrifice for those who had turned their back on God; for Him to personally absorb our hell so we could go to His heaven and be forgiven for a lifetime of sinful choices. It’s the ultimate new beginning. The Bible describes us as being “a new creation in Christ” where “the old is gone; the new has come” (2 Corinthians 5:17 ).

So many who’ve put their trust in Jesus have told me, “It feels like a hundred pound weight was lifted off of me.” You know, this might be the cleansing miracle you need—God’s “miracle erase.” The sins of a lifetime erased from His book forever.
