Well, Americans are in their every four years spectacle of electing a President. And it’s a pretty historic and unpredictable campaign. Former Arkansas Governor and former pastor, Mike Huckabee, who has wanted his party’s nomination, was asked in a debate, “What would Jesus do on this particular issue?” I loved his answer. He said, “Jesus was too smart to run for political office!” That’s the truth.

I’m Ron Hutchcraft, and you know, when Jesus was here, He had people’s votes to be the political leader who would change everything. But He had a higher agenda. See, He wants to change your world by changing you from the inside out. He’s not asking to be a resident in your life; He’s asking to be the President of your life…which is your destiny. And it is the driving force in a life that matters.

Colossians 1:16 tells the reason we’re here. It says, “All things were created by Him and for Him.” You were created by Jesus; you were created for Jesus. You’re driving along the road, you see a hitchhiker, you pull over, you open the door to let him in…it’s Jesus. You say, “Jesus, would you please ride with me?” He’ll say, “No, I don’t ride, I drive.” See, He wants you to pick a leader, and we pick a leader based on who we can trust. You can trust Jesus because of what He paid for you. Romans 8:32 says, “He who spared not his own Son, but offered Him up for us all, how shall He not freely with Him give us all things.” Anyone who loved you enough to die for you, will never do you wrong. So, make sure you’re following the leader you were made by and made for.
